Paradise Valley is a planned assisted living facility that will be developed in Fairfield, CA, located less than 50 miles from San Francisco and Sacramento. 3.2 acres of strategically located raw land are in escrow inspiring the creation of a unique team of key professionals – each with the expertise needed to finance, entitle, develop, construct as well as operate & manage a class A licensed senior assisted living & memory care facility.
Phase I
Fully entitle land & complete architecture to obtain use and operating permits.
Phase II
Complete site development. Design and build Assisted Living facility, consisting of 110 units assisted living and 30 units memory care.
Phase III
Own and operate Paradise Valley Assisted Living.
